We are proud of every item we sell. The guarantees of some manufacturers do not provide the essential, which is important for every customer. We do not think that's fair, so we offer our own warranty. Unlike other known sellers, we do not need to print warranty booklets because your It Watch Time bill is your proof of purchase for any future business between us and you.

If your watch has a mechanical defect within the warranty period, you can return the watch to have it repaired or replaced. If the watch has a defect within 45 days, we cover the cost of the return. If this happens after these 45 days, it is your responsibility to return the watch to us via trackable shipping. If the defect occurs after 45 days, please follow the repair process.

The type and length of the guarantee are always stated on the individual product page. Please note that the warranty expires if the watch has been misused. By purchasing a watch from Its Watch Time Ltd, you accept the terms of the warranty.

WHAT COVERS THE WARRANTY?

To guarantee the best customer service, we process each request individually. We may ask you for pictures and descriptions of the defect before we accept your return request. Please note that we can not finalize warranty claims without first looking at your watch.

Your warranty covers:

  • The mechanism of your watch
  • The clock hands
  • The dial l
  • Small parts under the glass

A watch or its parts covered by the warranty will be repaired / replaced free of charge, but only if the material or workmanship is defective during normal use. If we can not fix your watch, we'll replace it for you.


Please note :

  • Because our products are very popular, we can not guarantee to offer the same watch model everywhere. You can always check availability on our website and contact our customer service to make sure your selected watch is actually available.
  • If the model you have chosen is not available, we can offer you a watch that has the same price and a similar style.
  • If there is no ideal replacement, you will receive a credit to pay in our shop, or a refund.
  • If the defect occurs later than 6 months after purchase, we can only offer you a repair, replacement or credit.

WHAT DOES NOT COVER THE WARRANTY?

  • Loss of Gems / Jewels after 45 days of purchase
  • Any defects in the materials, loss of battery power, fasteners, buckles, crystals, bracelets or straps after 45 days of purchase.
  • Damage caused by adjusting the watch strap, especially ceramic watches. We recommend that all our customers contact us for a professional service, because any damage caused by adjusting the watch strap is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the bracelet is set, we are no longer responsible for any defects in the bracelet. In addition, we are not responsible for any damage to decorative parts, such as gemstones that resolve after adjustments.
  • Damage due to mishandling, lack of care, neglect, accidents, normal wear or rigorous testing and its consequences, such as vibration or dropping.
  • Water damage, except for water resistant watches (see Water resistance guide here)
  • Water damage if the watch has exceeded the water resistance limits specified by the manufacturer (See Water resistance guide here)

Please note:

In the above examples, where the watch is not covered by the warranty, our team of watch specialists will try to repair any problems for our customers for a reasonable fee. Customers can always contact our customer service to find out more.

As soon as we have accepted your request, we will inform you by email and ask you to send the watch to us by means of a trackable mailing service. We charge a small fee of 2.50 EUR to return your item, should you decide not to have the watch repaired.

Be sure: Our repair costs are very competitive and ensuring that all our customers receive the best service is always our priority.

HOW DO I REQUEST A REPAIR?

To submit a repair request, please go to our Returns System. However, if you have any difficulties in submitting a request on our site, please contact our customer service via email: hilfe@itswatchtime.de . Our customer service team guides you through the inquiry process.

Repair process under warranty

  1. Once we have accepted your return request, we will email you and ask you to send the watch to us with a trackable mailing service. We are not responsible for any items lost on the way to us.
  2. Please remember to submit a return request on our website and send the printed return form in your package.
  3. As soon as your package arrives at our return team, you will receive an email. If we need more information from you, we will contact you.
  4. Your watch will be checked by our watch specialists. In this step, our team of specialists decide whether the defect of your watch is covered by the warranty.
  5. As soon as your package arrives at our return team, you will receive an email. If we need more information from you, we will contact you.
  6. Once your watch is repaired or replaced and ready to be returned, you will receive another email or call with a status update.

    • If there is no ideal replacement, you will receive a credit with which to pay in our shop if you purchased the watch more than 6 months ago.

Repairs can take between 15 and 30 days. In some cases we have to order additional spare parts, which can further delay the repair time.
